Don't matter of Imperfection.
Tuesday, 31 July 2012 | 10:54 pm | 0COMMENTS
hey you.Yes, you. Stop being unhappy with yourself. You are perfect. Stop wishing you looked like someone else or wishing people liked you as much as they like someone else. Stop trying to get attention from those who hurt you. Stop hating your body, your face, your personality, your quirks, love them. Without those things you wouldn't be you. And why would you want to be anyone else? Be confident with who you are. Smile. It will draw people in. My happiness will not depend on others anymore. Imma happy because I love who I am. I love my flaws. I love my Imperfections. They make me, me. And 'me' is pretty amazing.
It's a life ?
Monday, 30 July 2012 | 1:57 pm | 0COMMENTSLife comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances, you must have to live life to the fullest. Laught as much as you can, spend all your money, tell someone what they mean to you, tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someones hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep, watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, smile until you face hurts, don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love... & most of all live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.
What I have learned ?
Sunday, 29 July 2012 | 12:12 pm | 0COMMENTSWHAT I'VE LEARNED ?
▪I've learned that I have a lot of compassion for people.
▪I've learned that crying and admitting when you're wrong are signs of strength, not weakness.
▪I've learned that love is more important than money, power or sex.
▪I've learned that forgivness heals everyone, most importantly you.
▪I've learned that laughter is truly the best medicine for the soul.
▪I've learned that you can't take life too seiously.
▪I've learned that sometimes listening to what others hae to say is the best theraphy.
▪I've learned that how people treat you is their karma and how you react is yours.
I've learned that I've learned a lot, but still know very little.
Guys are ass*****
Sunday, 22 July 2012 | 8:15 am | 0COMMENTSGuys are ass*****. If you argue with him, you're hard-headed. If you're quite, you don't care. If you call him, you're too clingy crazy. If he calls you, he says you should be happy. If you don't love him, he'll try to win you. When you don't love him, he leaves. You tell him your problems, he says you're irritating. If you don't, he says you don't trust him. If you lecture him, you just want to argue. If he lectures you, it's because he 'cares'. If you break a promise, he doesn't trust you anymore. If he breaks it, it's because he had to. If you cheat, he expects it to be over. If he cheats, he wants another chance. THEY'RE ALL BASICALLY THE SAME. Guys drink to forget about girls; girls drinks to think back about the guy. When guys are in love, they become poor; when girls are in love; they become pretty. Guys can forget, but can't forgive; girls can forgive, but can't forget. When guys are heart-broken, they try to forget about the girl by going out with another girl; when girls are heart-broken, they try to find his characteristics in another guy. Guys wish to be her first love; girls wish to be his last.

Islamic way of eliminating anger.

From physically you can see me as calm girl but the true is it's not. I like to release my anger by staying alone in my room then, yelling as louder as I wants but covering my face with pillow. This to make sure the volume is low. Act, Islam does not encourage people to vent their anger because anger is likes a shortcut for the devil to incite us. Here are some ways to overcome your anger. Anyone who is not Muslim can also practise this ways.
#1 Change the sitting position.
When we are angry, we might as well change the position of some of our positions. For example, when we angry while standing, should we sit down to reduce anger. As word of prophet,
"when someone of you is angry, and when it is in a standing position, then let it sit. Because it will get rid of anger. And if not, let it lie"
#2 Take Ablution
Performing ablution is one way to get rid of anger. Because it is like fire and ablution as cooler.
"Anger is from Satan, and Satan was created from fire, the fire is put out with water. So, when one of you is anger, let him perform ablution"
#3 Drinking water
Drinking water can also ease their anger. When drinking water, we will feel better and can provide oxygen to the body.
#4 To keep silent when angry
Catching the silent is better. It is right thing to do. When we are silent, not only to control the angry but unable to control themselves from out the words that is not good at the hearing.
#5 Take deep breath, calm down and pull-in.
Stay calm and take a deep breath in even better to get rid of anger. When you take a deep breath as we can gather oxygen to the brain. Feeling fresh brain, thus helping to unlocking the problem and release the pressure available.
S.note : feel free to try them.
