From physically you can see me as calm girl but the true is it's not. I like to release my anger by staying alone in my room then, yelling as louder as I wants but covering my face with pillow. This to make sure the volume is low. Act, Islam does not encourage people to vent their anger because anger is likes a shortcut for the devil to incite us. Here are some ways to overcome your anger. Anyone who is not Muslim can also practise this ways. #1 Change the sitting position. When we are angry, we might as well change the position of some of our positions. For example, when we angry while standing, should we sit down to reduce anger. As word of prophet, "when someone of you is angry, and when it is in a standing position, then let it sit. Because it will get rid of anger. And if not, let it lie" #2 Take Ablution Performing ablution is one way to get rid of anger. Because it is like fire and ablution as cooler. "Anger is from Satan, and Satan was created from fire, the fire is put out with water. So, when one of you is anger, let him perform ablution" #3 Drinking water Drinking water can also ease their anger. When drinking water, we will feel better and can provide oxygen to the body. #4 To keep silent when angry Catching the silent is better. It is right thing to do. When we are silent, not only to control the angry but unable to control themselves from out the words that is not good at the hearing. #5 Take deep breath, calm down and pull-in. Stay calm and take a deep breath in even better to get rid of anger. When you take a deep breath as we can gather oxygen to the brain. Feeling fresh brain, thus helping to unlocking the problem and release the pressure available. S.note : feel free to try them. |
